I am so excited to partner with Grace Filled Table to bring you an amazing 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. Not only will you get a safe and effective workout but we are also giving you the tools that you need to succeed in your dieting journey. Eating right is often one of the most difficult aspects when it comes to getting healthier, so being able to provide extra support in this area is important to me. Through our partnership, we can give you and your family the tools that you need to make successful dietary changes with ease. Easy to follow, at home workouts
This challenge offers a well-balanced workout program, consisting of two strength training sessions and one high intensity interval workout for three days out of the week. In addition, it is suggested that you participate in the optional "general cardio days" every Tuesday and Saturday. These days will help with your overall endurance and muscles recovery, leading to improved results over time. With dedicated effort and consistency to this program, you will be surprised by how quickly you experience amazing benefits as your body gets healthier and stronger.

Eating well doesn't have to be difficult. Balancing schedules is another story. So, we are setting out to equip you with a plan that will work for you, and not against you.
With a little bit of meal prep, paired with a ton of fresh, you'll find plenty of flexible options and won't make you feel like a short order cook. Whew!
Each week, you will receive a weekly meal plan + done-for-you shopping list. Inside of our team FB group you'll receive demos from my everyday and crazy kitchen! Plus, plenty of extra ideas to maximize your meal plan and keep your kiddos happy. Win, win!
